• Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

• We are not liable for any damage caused to the shipment during transit.

For International Buyers (Outside India):

• Orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Post only.

• Dispatch is done within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery schedule.

• Actual delivery duration depends on international logistics, customs clearance, and the destination country’s postal norms. Expected delivery time is within 7-10 Working days.

• JyotishRatanKendra.com is not responsible for any delay or damage once the parcel is handed over to the courier/postal service.

• Delivery is made strictly to the address provided at the time of order placement.
